Nicholas Marrocco, President
Mr. Nicholas Marrocco brings over 18 years experience in construction, development, operations and finance. He has extensive knowledge in design, team assembly, planning and implementation of high standard business practices. His experience includes 4 years of finance, 7 years in construction and 7 years as an owner/operator of Gateway Development Partners. Mr. Marrocco has had experience operating as a strategic partner to numerous fortune 500 companies including; Square D, Boeing, Eaton Corporation, Baxter, and Siemens as well as many large privately held organizations. Mr. Marrocco’s core competencies are in finance, new development, re-development, capital improvement projects, and recruitment, as well as consulting on acquisitions and organic growth strategies. Mr. Marrocco has successfully worked on and completed over $10 Million in contract consulting assignments and has operated in an advisory and or principal role on a combination of over $3 Billion of new development and re-development projects.
Michael Fleck, Vice President
Michael has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Urban Studies from Elmhurst College. Michael received his Law Degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago Illinois. Michael Fleck has founded and operated a number companies of his own, including a real estate brokerage, title insurance agency, a distributorship, and a technology company. Michael has been a part of over 1000 real estate transactions in various capacities. Michael joined Gateway Development Partners in 2010 and focuses on real estate development. Michael is a team player, highly competent and able to fill any role on a project team, including directly working with engineers, architects, attorneys, real estate brokers, and sellers.
